Latest news – July has been a manic month but I'm very nearly there. A few more read-throughs and the book will be submitted. Eek!
May 2025 – Work began with Ed to professionally compile and design the book cover. He did an amazing job and has designed the perfect cover.
March 2025 – Final read throughs and minor tweaking
February 2025 – Professional editing was completed with James
August 2024 – Professional developmental editing started with James
June 2024 – Professional Editorial Assessment received from James
October 2022 – I started writing
The journey
Within two years of writing, I felt ready to share with others so I started sharing snippets with close friends.
It felt like a huge leap at the time but I am so glad I did (despite not always receiving positive feedback).

Inspiration
Sometimes ideas just come to me as I bumble through my daily life. Most often, a scene pops into my head while I listen to music. Music literally saved my life, bringing me out of my little hole I had dug for myself.
Music is a huge part of my life and I listen while I’m reading, writing, working and even when doing housework or cooking dinner! I may even compile a playlist to accompany book one 🤣
